Chef Masahiko Yomoda has worked across the globe, including a couple of three-Michelin starred venues working alongside Joel Robuchon and then joining Arbace, where he acquired a Michelin star in his first year.
Dishes will feature Yomoda’s Japanese heritage, his classical French training and of course the Mizz B’z twist.
